One pound of peaches is about 3-4 medium-size peaches . . . or 2 cups of sliced peaches . . . or 1-1/2 cups of pulp. If you’re canning or freezing, 1-1/4 pounds makes about 1 pint of either. One bushel is about 48 pounds and makes 18 to 24 quarts of canned peaches.
