Raspberry Lemon Dream Pie
- 1 envelope unsweetened lemonade drink mix
- 1 Tbsp lemonade concentrate
- 1 Tbsp water
- 6 oz. cream cheese. Softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1, 9” graham cracker crust
- 2 Tbsps Triple B Raspberry Jam
- Fresh raspberries
In small bowl, combine water, and soft drink mix until dissolved. Stir in lemonade concentrate. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, vanilla and lemonade mixture until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Spread into graham cracker crust. Chill for at least 2 hours or until set. To serve: drizzle warm jam onto dessert plates; top with piece of pie and serve with fresh raspberries on top. Refrigerate any leftovers.
