Pineapple Strawberry Dessert

1 can Pet Milk
1 box vanilla wafers
1-1/2 cups pineapple juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 small box lemon Jell-O
Pinch salt (optional)

Crush vanilla wafers and put in 9x13" pan. Save few crushed wafers to garnish top.

Cook juice, sugar, & Jell-O until completely dissolved. Cool until mix begins to jell. Whip Pet Milk & fold into partially jelled lemon mixture. Pour on top of vanilla wafers in pan. Chill until firm

1 hour before serving clean and slice 1 quart fresh strawberries. Mix berries with a small amount of sugar to taste. serve on top of gelatin mixture and top with whipped cream. Yield: 10-12 servings
