How to Freeze Blueberries
Freezing Blueberries
The BEST WAY to freeze blueberries!
TO FREEZE: Spread blueberries in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in freezer for about 2 hours.
TO STORE: Transfer the frozen blueberries to a freezer bag or airtight container. Keep in freezer for up to 1 year.
TO DEFROST: Empty the blueberries into a bowl to catch the juices. Let sit until they reach room temperature - about 1 hour. The berries will be soft. Use them in smoothies, pies, pancakes, or muffins!
