Herbal Vinegar

1 pint white wine vinegar
1/2 cup herbs of your choice, packed tightly in measuring cup

Place vinegar and herbs in mason jar. Cover top with plastic wrap and screw on ring to keep plastic wrap secure to jar (Do not use metal lid because it will react with the vinegar.)

Place jar in the sun for 10-14 days. Agitate jar every so often.
