Apple and Walnut Quiche
Apple & Walnut Quiche
- 4 eggs
- 2 Triple B apples, peeled & chopped
- 1-1/3 cup light cream
- 2 oz walnuts, toasted and chopped
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 6 oz Cranberry with Cinnamon Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- Salt to taste
- cinnamon
- White pepper to taste
- 9” pie crust
Prebake pie crust for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Beat eggs and cream together. Add nutmeg, salt and white pepper to taste. Spread apples, walnuts and Cranberry cheese evenly in the pie shell and pour liquid mixture over all. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of quiche and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes or until set.
